Isabella addressed the inefficiency of last-mile logistics by independently developing path planning algorithms and integrating object recognition and obstacle avoidance modules to create a fully autonomous drone delivery platform. After pilot testing in her backyard and community, the drones could safely and efficiently complete small package deliveries, bringing new logistics solutions to remote areas.
