Privacy Policy

This policy explains how STEMRise collects, uses, and protects personal information from you and your child.

Last updated: 2026-05-12

Information We Collect

Registration and enrolment: parent / student name, email, phone, city, current grade, and the learning needs you provide in trial / consultation forms.

Learning records: assessment results, classroom observations, assignment submissions, and progress data used for teaching evaluation and parent reporting.

Technical information: browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited — used to improve the site and prevent abuse. Not shared with third parties for advertising.

How We Use the Information

Contact you: reply to inquiries, schedule trial classes, confirm enrolment, send class notices and learning feedback.

Deliver services: match students to the right course level and teacher based on assessments, report progress to parents.

Improve services: analyse aggregate trends to refine curriculum, site experience, and teaching methods (not at the individual level).

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share necessary information with third parties in limited cases: (1) with payment processors to complete transactions, (2) where required by law or by lawful government request, and (3) with contractors under confidentiality agreements (e.g., email delivery, customer-support tooling) to deliver services.

Children and Minors

Most of our students are under 18. Registration, enrolment, and payment must be completed by a parent or guardian, which constitutes consent for us to process the student's learning data.

Parents may review, correct, or delete a student's personal information at any time — contact us using the channels below.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles to protect your information. We will notify you of any unforeseen security incidents in accordance with applicable law.

Your Rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information about you or your child; withdraw previously-given consent; or unsubscribe from marketing communications. Contact us for any of the above.
