Economics as a U-level analytical course: markets and models, macro indicators, monetary and fiscal policy, and the interdependence behind every headline. For economics and commerce applicants it is the closest preview of first-year econ the OSSD offers.

PREREQUISITE

Any university or university/college preparation course in Canadian and world studies, English, or social sciences and humanities.


Assessment & credit

Standard Ontario assessment: 70% coursework, 30% final evaluation. Completion ships as an official transcript, OUAC-listed and recognized by public and private schools.

Small groups, online or in person (Markham campus); semester, summer and winter intakes, scheduled around the student’s Top 6 plan.
