BOH4M Business Leadership: Management Fundamentals (Grade 12)
Management as a discipline: planning, organizing, leading and controlling, plus the human side — motivation, teams, ethics. Group projects and presentations carry real weight here, which is exactly the skill set business school then grades for four years.

None.
Assessment & credit
Standard Ontario assessment: 70% coursework, 30% final evaluation. Completion ships as an official transcript, OUAC-listed and recognized by public and private schools.

Small groups, online or in person (Markham campus); semester, summer and winter intakes, scheduled around the student’s Top 6 plan.
